Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, improve sleep and much more. Unlike meditation which can sometimes be challenging and slow to learn, yoga breathing is very accessible, and you’ll feel results right from our first session.
No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone!
During this 60-minute workshop we will begin to develop a foundation and the basic knowledge needed to utilize breathing, as the beneficial tool it is, to better your life.
