During this ~35 minute audio-session we will be tapping into visualization techniques to practice a meditation meant to help you feel grounded and in touch with your higher, deeper Self.
The focus will be on breath and total relaxation, be sure to have enough space so that you may lie comfortably on your back for the duration of roughly 30 minutes.
