8 Class Pass
Included in this class pass are EIGHT 60 minute 1-on-1 yoga sessions where you will be guided through a Vinyasa/Yoga Trapeze® adapted practice connecting breathe to movement while we break down key yoga postures (asanas) focusing on correct alignment and modification options suited for you.
Whether experienced in yoga or just beginning, working 1-on-1 with an instructor is always beneficial. Over the duration of an hour each class will give you the opportunity to experience a variety of yoga sequencing that will help contribute to a solid foundation to build a strong practice.
Utilize these eight classes over their duration to either:
1. Work through and build on the same postures focusing on alignment and modifications
2. Challenge yourself with advancing from a starter sequence to one with more transitions incorporated within
3. Choose a certain muscle group to work and target each class
Key Vinyasa take-aways will include:
- A Sun Salutation A and B flow that works for you
- Helpful alignment cues for Virbhadrasana 1 (Warrior 1), Virbhadrasana 2 (Warrior 2), Dandasana (Plank), Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog) and more!
- Fun transitions between asanas
- Bonus core sequencing to use at home
