Chair Yoga ➡️ Don’t knock it until you try it, come sit and get fit with us!

This is a great class for those that struggle with mobility issues, flexibility, and balance; a chair yoga practice can help increase your ability to bend, twist, stretch and move more freely while at the same time, your muscles are being used to complete yoga poses which helps builds strength 👍

What to expect:
Students will utilize a chair as a main prop to help assist them in achieving various gentle yoga poses that are aimed to introduce proper alignment, increase flexibility, relieve pain and build strength to help you move more freely and with ease.

During this 60-minute Gentle Chair Yoga Flow, we will explore poses in a slow, intentional manner while being mindful of breath to movement connection throughout, and allowing places for modifications or variations to challenge yourself as your body sees fit ✔️

Better yet, almost all the poses we will go over can be used at any time (for example: while sitting at a desk job or in the car) to relieve pain within the body!
