Then join us for an Intermediate Yoga Trapeze® Workshop this month on Tuesday, August 30th 8:30AM - 10AM |$30/person |
During this 90 minute session participants will have the opportunity to spend extra time exploring/breaking down intermediate posures to better understand them while incorporating the challenge of increased strength and more advanced sequencing 👌
Guided by Certified Instructor and Breath Coach Megan Tyler, you will get to experience hands-on assists, fun new poses to try out as well as specific breathing exercises to help up-regulate and de-regulate the nervous system throughout the duration of class.
You can expect this to be a sweaty workout!
Modifications will be provided and some past experience will be necessary; we recommend that you have attended at least THREE Trapeze classes with us previously to joining this more advanced session.
