Basics Breakdown Yoga Workshop

Have you ever been confused about what you’re supposed to do in a yoga class?

Whether it’s the Sanskrit name of a pose you don’t understand or feeling like everyone else knows what to expect in the flow before you?

It’s common for most first-time yoga practitioners to feel a little lost when they try out their first class unless it’s specifically targeted to ‘Beginners’ because these types of classes may not alway be available to you to take for your first time trying yoga.

If you’re new to yoga and interested in solidifying you’re practice for years to come this workshop is for you!

Even if you’ve been practicing yoga for a while, returning to the basics is always beneficial so don’t scroll on just yet…

During this 75 minute session, students will experience a beginner-friendly Vinyasa style flow connection breath to movement with a focus on breaking down the basics in alignment of various foundational postures within a yoga practice ✔️

Plus there’s the added challenge of holding these postures to gain strength in and awareness of muscles being used ✔️✔️

We will have time to pause throughout to dive deeper into modifications and alignment questions based upon your individual body type 👍
