Join us for a 4 Week Yoga Trapeze® Series with a Focus on Flexibility this January ✨

Mondays, starting January 9th - 30th 5:15PM - 6:15PM | $85 |
Drop-Ins Welcome: $25.00 per class

During our weekly sessions, students will experience targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches 👉 Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work! We will also learn about how utilizing a 4:8 breath count can benefit in supporting our bodies during a long stretch and your overall flexibility training ✔️

With the help of the Trapeze, students will be able to find depth in postures (maybe even more-so than in a regular mat practice) while gaining flexibility over our time together 👍

We will work in a few variations intermittently during class to help increase your heart rate throughout but students can expect an overall relaxing experience to support your flexibility training 👌👌 beginner friendly yet all levels are welcome and truly a great chance to learn for those new to the trapeze!

Note: you don’t have to “be flexible” to take this series, the key word is ‘training’! We will be training our muscles to gain more flexibility over time 😊
