This one-time 2-hour session is designed for those seeking an immersive introduction to the enchanting world of pottery - Delve into the fundamentals of wheel throwing as you're guided through essential techniques such as wedging and centering.

As the name suggests, this class encourages hands-on experimentation, offering you the chance to put your newfound knowledge into practice 👌

The primary aim of this workshop isn't solely centered around crafting a completed pottery form; rather, it's about immersing yourself in the sensory and artistic experience of working with the pottery wheel.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to dip their toes into wheel throwing, this class promises to provide you with a tantalizing glimpse into the captivating process of shaping clay on the wheel!

(All materials included; option for glazing IF a finished piece is produced)

Afterwards, any forms that get completed will be trimmed IF able and fired for you to pick up later 👉 NOTE: you can choose to have it glazed (one color you get to pick at the end of class) for an additional fee of $25 👌

The goal of this class is not to necessarily throw a form to completion, but instead learn and experience a taste of what it takes to throw on the pottery wheel 👉 you will receive help on how to form a bowl or mug IF you choose to try it!
