MINDFUL MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE:
Why Yoga? Because it has personally changed my Life in so much more than just a physical way - stepping onto my mat brought me back to a sense of self that I had long forgotten; an awareness shining light onto a place of wholeness, without judgment, comparison, guilt, regret, and attachment to the “masks” I had come to adorn. A transformation that did not happen overnight but came with an intentional consistency to connect my mind and body, excavating and ultimately reclaiming all that makes me ME.
I want to make it clear that you do not have to have prior experience in yoga to be able to benefit from what I offer - my classes are constructed to be accessible for any level of practitioner. I teach from a belief of self-compassion and part of that is asking my students to be kind with yourselves as you figure out your practice and what works best for you. This includes personally working with you to find modifications for postures when needed throughout our time together.
Another note: You do you have to attend all classes at the designated hour(s) we meet - make what you can when you can. The class recordings will always be available in the On-Demand Library PLUS you will have access to all live-streamed events/classes I hold in the meantime so that you can practice at the time that works best with your schedule - If you’d like to have the accountability of making it to the live class, you have the option/that’s what the option is there for!
Practices will consist of various styles including Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Flexibility Training and additional sequencing with a focus on specific muscle groups.
There will be TWO LIVE online 60 minute yoga classes via Zoom available throughout each week (2x a week) exclusively for the EWM tribe - Tuesday/Thursday early bird session from 5 - 6 AM

A Guided Meditation for Grounding:
During this 45 minute session we will be tapping into visualization techniques to practice a meditation meant to help you feel grounded and in touch with your higher, deeper Self.
The focus will be on breath and total relaxation, be sure to have enough space so that you may lie comfortably on your back for the duration of roughly 30 minutes.
Learn Methods to Help Establish Internal Safety:
Research has demonstrated a link between situations fearful to the self and a decrease in personal willpower - this means that in order to optimize our mental and emotional capacity, we must feel safe.
During this 60 minute interactive workshop, you'll learn different methods to help establish a sense of personal safety within your own body gaining tools to utilize when you need them most, allowing your mental resources to stop fending off outer threats and instead focus on your inner wellbeing.
THE INSIDE WORK:
Weekly reflection prompts (three in total for the month) will be posted weekly to our private Facebook group to support your self-growth and aid in getting to know yourself on a deeper level; you’ll have additional access to 16 past prompts to encourage further introspection if it calls to explore them.
PLUS + a chance to jump into a LIVE discussion each week to connect and expand on the prompt as a group on Facebook.
I am here for you! I also offer an optional once a week mental/physical check-in (at your convenience) with myself via phone or text messaging to support mindful living and expanding your self-awareness.
TUNING INTO UNIVERSAL MESSAGING:
We are constantly being given messages that are meant to help us live a life aligned with our truest selves but more often than not, we aren’t providing ourselves with the space internally to be a proper receptor for them, let alone know exactly what they mean.
Working to be present in the moment through mindfulness allows you to openly receive the support that awaits you on the other side of what’s more commonly known today as the “dis-ease” of our mind aka the habit of constantly living too much in the past/future.
One of my favorite ways to tune into this kind of messaging is through card pulling! You’ll have the chance to join me in our private Facebook Group for an interactive reading from my favorite Oracle, Tarot and Artist decks on occasion throughout each month where I’ll offer up my own interpretation of the card pull, expanding on its messaging and providing tips to help you in receiving the information that’s meant for you giving you a chance to speak about what’s resonates with you if it calls!
PERSONAL GROWTH BOOK SHARE:
Bi-monthly, I will offer a book that has had a significant impact on my life, if only in support of more mindful living for you and yours. You’ll have the opportunity to join me in reading it together while creating discussion surrounding the points that speak loudest off the pages as we work our way through - each week I’ll offer a chance for us to connect as a group and share your thoughts through an interactive Facebook Post!

5-DAY MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CHALLENGE:
During the final week of each month, I’ll have created a 5-Day Meditation Challenge for you to enjoy! Meant to be beginner friendly, this challenge aims to ease you into a meditation practice helping to establish an access point or portal inward for you to find grounding/stillness, otherwise bringing the mind to the present moment amongst the all that takes us away from it. Intended to support you in learning how to access this internal space of mindfulness and build from it time and time again; no experience is needed, only the willingness to open your heart for receiving what wisdom you already hold.
Over the course of 5 days we will work our way up to accumulating roughly 15 minutes of sitting in quiet utilizing conscious breath work, mindful exercises and visualization techniques. You will be able to join me for this challenge in our private Facebook Group where I will go Live (in the evening, perfect for bedtime; time TBA) to guide you through the daily meditation (the recording will be available within the group to do on your own if you can’t make it) - Plan to set aside at least 20 minutes to allow for not only the meditation itself but time to journal/reflect afterwards.

All live classes will be streamed via Zoom and made available through a virtual portal/on-demand library here on my website that you will have unlimited access to with your monthly membership - in addition, you will also be added to a Private Facebook group which will serve as a virtual community/support system for additional interactive discussions, the reflection prompts provided, our meditation challenge, card pulls and any questions related to this group coaching experience; a space that is intended to be used for healthy accountability, group coaching support, and circulating good energy throughout our journey together so please use it as a place to fuel your social media feed with LIGHT and get to know each other!
